Horizon Asia Educational Association (HAEA) is a registered Austrian non-profit running free English, GED, and skills programs in Thailand, Malaysia, and Myanmar migrant communities — funded by donors and by direct bookings at our partner hostel, Wonderland Jungle Hostel on Koh Tao.

Cherry’s story
Cherry is a student from Myanmar preparing for her GED while living at Wonderland Jungle Hostel’s student dormitory in Koh Tao. She has already passed her GED Ready assessments and completed a sponsored physical science course — she’s aiming for law school in New Zealand next.

Wonderland Jungle Hostel on Koh Tao is HAEA’s base in Thailand — its common area doubles as a classroom for 12 weekly English and GED classes, and two students currently live on-site while finishing their GED.
