Empower an Indigenous Malaysian Girl through English & Educational Courses

Nazira is a student from Pos Woh village, Malaysia, working toward a career in medicine. Despite her family’s financial hardships, she has consistently excelled in her studies and remains eager to keep learning.

HAEA is raising $1,630 (approximately 55,000 THB) to fund a one-month intensive ESL program for Nazira at Mee Fah Language School in Thailand, along with supplementary volunteer courses in computer skills, science, and social studies at Wonderland Jungle Hostel in Koh Tao. Wonderland Jungle Hostel provides Nazira’s accommodation for the program free of charge.

The funding breaks down to $600 for tuition, $600 for travel, and $430 for food — the language program is a crucial stepping stone toward Nazira’s goal of becoming a medical professional.
