About this program
What this program is
Mentorship for Gifted Students is volunteer-driven and free to every student who joins. The program pairs exceptional learners in Malaysia, Myanmar, and Thailand with mentors and educators abroad for personalized guidance and exploration of global educational pathways.
Mentorship goes beyond a single subject. A mentor helps a student think through their next steps, whether that’s a specialized course, a structured skill area, or an educational opportunity abroad.
Program structure
How it works
Delivery format
Mentorship runs online through ongoing one-on-one video calls, alongside sponsored places on structured courses and, for some students, a fully-sponsored international study trip to an ESL school abroad.
Who teaches
Volunteer mentors and educators from around the world guide each student. Course sponsorships run through Outschool.com, in subjects that have included chemistry and biology.
Who attends
Exceptional students from Malaysia, Myanmar, and Thailand are matched one-on-one with a mentor based on their interests and goals.
